About Sharon:

Sharon Redmond, a Garden City resident, is a full-time Licensed Sales Agent with Coach Realtors since 2002. Her extensive knowledge and professionalism help successfully guide her clients and customers through the home buying and selling process. Sharon Redmond strives to build her real estate business through diligence and personal attention to each of her clients. This attention to detail has enabled her to create life-long relationships and referrals with her clients as their real estate consultant. In addition, Sharon Redmond holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), and Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) designations

Living with her family in Garden City since 1995 has provided Sharon with a wealth of information regarding the schools, businesses, organizations, services, and amenities. Prior to moving to Garden City, Sharon and her family lived in Westchester, Illinois, and New Jersey. Clients can benefit from her personal experience in the many facets that may accompany a move.

About Monica: 

Monica Kiely offers her clients a winning combination of local market knowledge, real estate experience, and excellent service.  Monica's open, easy communication style keeps her clients well informed.  "I believe in giving my clients the information they need in order to make good decisions,"  states Kiely.  "I listen closely to my client's needs and concerns.  I work tirelessly to help my clients achieve their goals."

Monica and her husband have been living on Long Island and educating their children in public schools for 21 years.  As a result, Monica is very well versed in all that Long Island life has to offer. Monica's career began on Wall Street, where she worked for more than a decade as a municipal bond underwriter.  She has found many of the skills learned in her financial career to be useful in real estate.  In particular, Monica has the analytical ability needed to establish market value, and the negotiating skill necessary to secure the best price for her clients.  However, she has seen some differences in her two careers.  "Houses and apartments are much more interesting than municipal bonds!"  jokes Kiely.

Monica holds degrees from Boston College (BS in finance) and New York University (MBA in finance).  Whether buying or selling real estate, but Monica's business acumen to work for you!
