I am writing to express my satisfaction with the team of Monica Kiely and Sharon Redmond of Coach Realtors for professional, personal and courteous service in guiding me through the sale of my home in Garden City, NY. Selling a home is a big undertaking and it was a great help to enlist the expertise of both Monica and Sharon to simplify the process. They were both knowledgeable and thoroughly professional throughout every step of the end-to-end journey. They also went out of their way to provide a personal touch that far exceeded my expectations. My home sold in about two weeks. The preparation and meticulous detail to market the house, including the professional photography, resulted in a waiting line outside my front door to enter for the Open House showing. In the end, the market will dictate what a house is worth based on what a buyer and seller might agree, but it was certainly the right decision for me to go with Monica and Sharon to facilitate the transaction. They made it easy. They are professional - but not pushy - and their experience and demeanor are first class. They are a great team. I am 60 years old and have sold only two homes in my entire life, so you may ask when reading this - what makes this guy a good reference. My answer is simple. If I were to do this all over again, whether it be this home or possibly buying or selling my next home, I would go with Monica and Sharon again. This is the definition of a very satisfied client. I hope you are as fortunate as me in whatever choice you make in selling your home.
